I bought this to help with overeating and drinking during the New Year holidays. I've always had good bowel movements, so I go to the bathroom three times a day, but this product has had an even better effect! It really does improve bowel movements. The best item I bought this year
I first bought it a few months ago after seeing it recommended by Miho Ishii. I especially feel the effects of green papaya when I've eaten too much, when I've eaten greasy food, or when I've drunk a lot of alcohol. I take one packet after a meal or before going to bed, and I don't feel heavy the next day, so I don't feel guilty! I tried an experiment to see how heavy I would feel if I didn't take green papaya on a day when I ate a lot of fried food, but it was so painful that I regretted it...
