Can I use coupons or points?
Coupons cannot be used on regular subscriptions.
Points cannot be used for subsequent orders, but purchase points will accumulate.

Can I change my subscription details mid-way?
You can make the following changes from your My Page.

・Skip next delivery ・Stop, resume ・Cancel ・Payment method (credit card information)
・Adding or changing products

*Changes can be made up to 5 days before the next scheduled payment date.
Please note that after that, the change will only be made from the next instalment.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, you can choose from the following payment methods:

Can I change my payment method?
You can update your payment information from your My Page.
* Information that has already been registered can be updated.

From the "Subscription List" on your My Page, click the "Change Payment Method" button in the relevant order details.
Click the "Send" button on the payment method change screen to send an email with instructions on how to change your credit card.

An email with instructions to edit your payment information will be sent to your registered address.
Please confirm the details and confirm your payment information.
How do I unpause?
If there is a payment error, your subscription will be temporarily suspended.
If your subscription is "paused," please check your registered payment information and update it.
For information on how to change your registered payment information, please refer to the previous section [Can I change my payment method?].

*After the update is complete, please contact us by email to let us know that the update is complete.
We will proceed with the procedure to resume regular service.
Are there any restrictions on the number of regular services?
There are no conditions for the number of consecutive times.
You can change or cancel your order at any time up to 5 days before your next scheduled payment date.
You can cancel your subscription through My Page, by phone, or by email.

*Changes to your initial application cannot be made on My Page. Please contact support .
Can I return or exchange items?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact support in advance.

*We cannot respond if you return the product without contacting us.
*Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

How to make various changes (My Page)


Checking regular products
1. Select "Subscription List" on My Page.
2. You can check the details by clicking "Check details" for the order in question.

*The discount amount will not be displayed when you first apply.
Please check the order confirmation email for the exact payment amount.
Change of delivery address
If you wish to change the delivery address for your products, you can do so through My Page, by phone, or by email up to five days before your next scheduled payment date.

*If changes are made after a subscription order has been created, the changes will not be reflected. Changes will be reflected from the next order onwards.
*Please note that even if you change the default delivery address in the "Confirm Address" section of "Account Details" displayed on your My Page, the delivery address for your subscription will not change.

[How to change]
1. Click "Subscription List" on My Page.
2. Click "View details" for the order in question.
3. The delivery address will be displayed on the subscription order details screen.
4. To make any changes, click the "Edit" button next to the shipping address.
5. After correcting the address and phone number on the edit screen, press the update button.
How to skip the next delivery
You can skip your next delivery from your My Page.

*Skip means skipping one delivery (skip next delivery on 8/1 = next delivery date will be 8/31. *If every 30 days)

1. Click "Add more items to your subscription" from the order details.
2. Select the product you want to add next time.
3. Change the quantity on the change screen and click the Save button.

*If you are using the old fixed-term plan, you may not be able to change.

*Please note that the initial discount on added items will not be applied (your order will be created at the price after the ongoing discount).
How to cancel
We can accommodate your request up to 5 days before your next scheduled payment date.
You can cancel your order via My Page, phone, or email. Cancellations can only be made from your second order onwards via My Page.
For first-time applications, please contact support .

[Cancellation procedure from My Page]
1. Click "Check details" from the subscription list on your My Page.
2. Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the subscription details.
3. A survey will be displayed. Select the reason for cancellation and click "Cancel" to complete the cancellation of your subscription.
Change payment method/credit card information
You can update your payment information from your My Page.

[How to change]
1. Click the "Change" payment method button in the relevant order details.
2. Click the "Send" button on the payment method change screen.
3. A message will appear indicating that the message has been sent.
4. An email with instructions to edit your payment information will be sent to your registered address.
5. Please confirm the details and click "Confirm payment information" to proceed.
