I had been interested in dates, the raw material for cacao bars, because they are rich in dietary fiber and good for preventing constipation. They are highly nutritious and can be used as a meal, but I was concerned about the price and taste of the product, which is not so convenient. The set of products I purchased included a cacao bar, so I was able to try one for the first time. It was different from the taste of dates I had imagined, not too sweet and satisfying, and simply delicious. I was surprised at how easily I had a bowel movement the next morning and how much I had. There are many nutrients that are necessary for the elderly, and I felt that my body would be happy if I could get them frequently, even if not every day. My expectations for cacao bars are high.
