A few months after starting the diet
When I was younger, I was able to lose weight by restricting my diet, but as I got older, I found it harder to lose weight. I usually take one packet before bed, but on days when I've eaten too much, I take two, one after dinner and one before bed. I once received a few bottles of papaya enzymes from a colleague, and after drinking them when I was tired, I felt so much better the next day! So I bought more when they were on sale, and I also got some papaya enzyme bars. When I eat them around 3 o'clock at work and crave something sweet, I feel more energized and ready to go home. I've also found that light exercise after dinner doesn't tire me out as easily! Papaya enzyme granules and papaya enzymes have helped me avoid summer fatigue, and I'm doing great so far. My mother, who tends to suffer from constipation, seems to have a great stomach thanks to papaya enzymes, so she's become a favorite and says she can't live without them. I love to eat, but I tend to get constipated and have a weak stomach. I used to feel sick after meals, but since I started taking papaya enzymes, I feel refreshed even after meals. And best of all, it's delicious! It's compact and easy to carry, and comes in granular form so you can drink it straight without water. I absolutely love it. It's become a must-have when eating out or traveling.

★★★★ Solve the problem of excess stomach acid caused by hunger!
My 7-year-old senior male Maltese has been vomiting stomach acid for about a year. The vet told me to increase the number of feedings, but even after doing so, the problem persisted. My groomer told me that enzymes would be good for him, and I remembered that the same product I use also comes in a dog-sized version, so I've been giving him about 1/3 of a spoonful with each meal. I've only been giving it to him for about 10 days, but he's stopped vomiting and has regained his appetite, even though he used to refuse to eat when hungry, perhaps because he felt nauseous. I'm definitely seeing improvement, and I'd recommend it to anyone with the same problem. By the way, one spoonful is 1 gram. There's no label on the dosage, so I measured it.
