How to register your birthday

To receive the "Birthday Coupon" that comes as a membership registration benefit, you must celebrate your birthday and register for the email newsletter.
Please register by the end of the month before your birthday, following the steps below.

Please fill in the required information on the new member registration form and register.

How to subscribe to the e-mail newsletter

Please register using the same email address you used when registering as a member by clicking "Sign up for our email newsletter" at the bottom of our homepage.

Please make sure your birthday is registered.

How to check

1. Log in to your My Page.

2.Please check the following.
If you are already registered, your birthday will be displayed on your My Page.

If you are not registered, a birthday registration form will be displayed on your My Page.

How to register your birthday

1. Log in to your My Page.

2. Enter the following information in the birthday registration form on your My Page.

Press the ① “Copy email address” button.
② Paste the copied address into the “Registered Email Address” field.
③Enter your birth year, birth month, and birth date in numbers.
④Press the “Register” button.

*You can only register your birthday once. Re-registration or corrections are not possible. If you have registered incorrect information, please contact us using the inquiry form below.

Precautions

*To receive your birthday coupon, you must register for your birthday and email newsletter subscription by the end of the previous month.
*Birthday coupons will be sent via email newsletter. They will be sent on the first business day of your birthday month. (We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
*There are many cases where emails from our store cannot be received due to spam mail or security settings. Please set "suno.co.jp" as a designated domain for receiving emails.
