This year, my daughter in her third year of junior high school and my son in his sixth year of elementary school are attending double graduation ceremonies.
Speaking of graduation, is there anything you want to graduate from, Miho?
I want to get over my habit of putting things off and saying, "I'll do it tomorrow, you idiot."

Congratulations! A double graduation ceremony. I'm happy, but it seems like it will be busy.
Now, about what I want to graduate from... I also have a really bad habit of putting things off.
For example, I was the type of kid who would do my summer homework right up until the last day. I would keep saying "I'll write it today, I'll write it tomorrow," but then I'd end up writing my diary in a hurry on the last day.
This habit of letting your hair grow out continues even after you become an adult. Even though you think, "I have to do it," you end up looking at your smartphone or doing something else.
As a result, they end up rushing around until the deadline and causing trouble for those around them. So, if you can fix this while they're still a child, it's definitely better to do so.
It wasn't until I became an adult that I realized that homework isn't just an assignment, but a training exercise in planning.
I haven't completely fixed it yet, but making a to-do list helps a little.
If I just think "I have to do this!" in my head, I won't take action, but if I write it down on a list, that switch turns on and I think "I have to do it!"
That's how I manage to get by.

I'm worried about the fine lines around my eyes and have tried various things, but they just don't seem to be improving.
I wonder if I'm touching it too much in a weird way, but it bothers me so I can't help but add all sorts of things.
How many items do you use, Miho?

I use three different products. First, I apply a moisturizing serum.
After that, I use different eye creams for my upper and lower eyelids.
However, one possible reason why wrinkles are not improving is that you may not be moisturizing enough in the first place.
When it comes to preventing wrinkles, it's not enough to just apply serum to the wrinkled areas; it's important to thoroughly moisturize the entire eye area.
In particular, fine lines caused by dryness can often be improved with proper moisturizing.
Also, how you apply it is important. Surprisingly, most people just apply it haphazardly.
But, on the contrary, it may make wrinkles worse.
Therefore, the key to caring for your eyes is to apply the product gently while watching closely in the mirror.
Eye creams these days have such advanced technology that they can be absorbed simply by gently pressing them with the pads of your fingers.
Be careful not to rub it too hard.

I have been looking for a partner through a marriage agency since August last year.
I feel like I will soon be able to find a partner and leave the service, but I am worried about whether this is really the right person for me.
I've met 12 people since I started looking for a partner, and the person I'm with now is easy to talk to and doesn't tire me out. But I can't make a decision and I'm worried.

Honestly, I don't think there's anyone in this world who is a 100% perfect match for you.
After all, even family members can have trouble getting along, right?
Therefore, rather than searching for the perfect partner, it's more important to think about what you can tolerate.
A husband and wife complement each other's shortcomings.
So if you're not good at making decisions and he's the type who can make them quickly, maybe it's a good balance?
As couples spend time together, they tend to become more similar.
Also, I think the most important thing is whether you have the same "values that you absolutely cannot compromise on."
For example, "how to spend money," "not lying," "do you feel cared for," etc.
If that's what you agree on and you don't feel exhausted being together, then I think it's a really good relationship.
No one starts out with a ``guaranteed perfect marriage.''

I learned about green papaya enzymes from Miho, and once I discovered them I really couldn't let them go. Now my husband and I both use them regularly.
I have suffered from indigestion since I turned 30 and had to rely on stomach medicine, but since I started taking green papaya enzymes I no longer need stomach medicine.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet.

I have been using green papaya enzyme for a long time.
Enzymes begin to decrease rapidly once you reach the age of 30.
This can make it difficult to digest food and can cause stomach upset.
Green papaya is rich in the enzyme papain, which breaks down proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates, providing excellent digestive support.
It is also recommended for people who drink a lot of alcohol.
