I'd like to know what kind of skin care you should take when traveling.
I like to reduce the amount of stuff I carry, so I usually bring small sheet packs with me.

Does this mean that you normally buy the large pack of 30 or so, and when traveling you only bring a single sheet pack?
There's something I want you to know: I really recommend sheet masks that are individually packaged.
Large-capacity sheet packs are cheap, plentiful, and convenient, but because you have to open and close them every time and the contents don't go bad, they tend to contain a lot of preservatives.
So, since you're putting an amount of preservatives on your skin every day that you could actually avoid, I think people with sensitive skin should definitely avoid using it.
I've gone off on a tangent and started talking about sheet masks, but when it comes to skin care when traveling, if you're only staying overnight, there are now convenient mini sizes such as samples and pouches.
If there's one cream that I absolutely want to take with me, I put it in a contact lens case I bought at a 100 yen store.
If I'm going on a long overseas trip, like two weeks, I'll probably want to take it out of the container because I'll be using it every day.
The things that you can absolutely rely on and trust include the containers.
I have to get into the mood, so I sneak in the whole container and end up overloading my luggage (laughs).

I've been getting eyelash extensions for over ten years now, but recently my seven-year-old daughter told me that my eyelashes are scary and that I look like a witch.
Perhaps the extensions that were previously a good fit no longer suit you due to changes in sagging, age, skin, etc.
By the way, there are 100 extensions on each eye, and the outer corners of the eyes are designed to be longer.
If you were to have a treatment at your salon, what kind of design and number of hairs would you recommend for people in their 40s?
I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

We work at a beauty salon called "Riche" in Azabu Juban, which started out offering eyelash extensions.
We run a salon with a long history of eyelash extensions that has been around for about 20 years, so something we take very seriously here is that it's not a matter of how many strands look natural and how many look unnatural.
Everyone only thinks in terms of number, but 100 hairs on both eyes is actually natural.
I think there is a tendency to aim for a natural look by limiting the number of hairs, but the issue isn't the number of hairs; what's more important is whether or not the design suits your facial features and bone structure.
There are no rules that say a certain design is perfect for someone in their 40s, or a certain design is okay for a younger person. The true skill of eyelash extensions lies in looking at each eye separately and designing a design that suits each individual, looking at the face and thinking about how it will look natural if worn like this, or how it will camouflage any parts that look a little unnatural.
If you've been wearing it for ten years, it's possible that it's been the same length and design all those years, so I think it might be a good idea to reconsider the design once in a while.

I have a second daughter who is 12 years old and will be starting junior high school this spring. She has been interested in beauty from an early age and is currently worried about the roundness and fat on her face.
Since my period started, I've felt plumper overall.
I take information in myself, buy a cheap face roller and give myself a massage.
I think she should stop doing that, but I don't know how to solve the problem, and I understand how my daughter feels.
If there is anything I can do on a daily basis to care for myself, I would be very grateful if you could let me know.

This is a common concern for mothers.
There are girls who are concerned about the fat on their cheeks and want to get rid of it, but I always tell them, "Fat is a treasure."
It cannot be added later except through cosmetic surgery.
That's why I say you should never lose the fat that you were born with.
As you get older, you realize how much that plumpness made you look younger.
Since he is 12 years old, I think it is okay to let him use a face roller as it will not cause the muscle fibers to sag.
However, please be sure to advise your child that although overdoing it may make the skin thinner, it can also cause the skin to lose elasticity, which could lead to sagging in the future.
Otherwise your daughter will end up saying, "It wasn't supposed to be like this."
Of course, I think it's fine if a 12-year-old is just doing it on a whim.
There are also methods that can be done without spending money, such as the ``Ain Exercise'' that I introduced, so please be sure to tell your children about them.
And above all, I would like you to teach them the value that "round things are cute."
The roundness of youth, the roundness of cheeks. Round things are cute.
Round things give people a sense of security and make them naturally think they are cute.
The sharper and more pointed it becomes, the cooler it looks, but it also gradually loses the impression that it is cute or that it gives people a sense of softness and security, so I think it would be better if mothers could skillfully teach their children the value that "it's good to be round."
