I saw a photo of Miho and her daughter wearing kimonos on her Instagram and thought it looked lovely.
I would like to know what made you interested in kimonos.

I first became interested in kimonos when I had the opportunity to wear one for work.
At that time, I was taught a lot by a kimono dressing teacher, and the world of kimono, which I thought was difficult at first, became more interesting the more I learned about it. I realized that "you don't need to own many kimonos depending on how you combine them."
As you get older, it becomes really difficult to decide what to wear on special occasions.
I don't feel comfortable wearing the same dress over and over again, but at the same time, the materials used are difficult for adults to wear, such as thin clothes bought from fast fashion stores...
This means you end up buying fairly expensive clothes just for that one occasion, but in the end it tends to be just that one time.
However, with a kimono, you can change the impression of the same piece by matching it with an obi and accessories, so you can enjoy it many times.
As a result, I began to think that it was good value for money, and I became more and more addicted to it.
Recently, I have been getting work that involves kimonos, and I have had more opportunities to wear them at events.
I want to spread the message that kimonos are actually something familiar and fun, so I'm running events like "Kimono Promotion Events" on my Instagram subscription service.
